The Story of 12345 and Now 123456

This is an interesting article that I read at Straits Times online. It mentioned that since the days of Internet, the most popular password is 12345. After so many years, the trend hardly change but it seems to follow the technology well. It has become a digit longer, 123456. Here is an excerpt from the article.

According to a new analysis, one out of five Web users is still leaving the digital equivalent of a key under the doormat. They choose simple, easily-guessed passwords like ‘abc123’, ‘iloveyou’ or even ‘password’ to protect their data.
