I was invited to the Changi Airport Race, thanks to Nuffnang. As you may know, this is the first time in Asia that a Porsche 911 GT3 is racing against a Boeing 747. It has created a lot of attention and thankfully, the weather was good. I will cover the event in two parts as there are too many pictures. The first part will be the registration and pre-event programs. The second part will be the Grandstand area. Enjoy..
The registration is at Changi Airport Terminal 3 (T3) Level 2, next to Row 11. It comprises of the Media, Lucky Draw winners, visitors/guests and of course, Porsche.

All of us were given different color tags for easy identification. For Grandstand seats, we were given the red lanyard. The security is very tight. We have to go through the normal procedure of boarding a plane (minus the passport).
According to Nuffnang, we have about 30 bloggers for this event.
After going through the security process, we were ushered to a boarding room that had been transformed into a very nice holding area with live band, dancers and yummy buffet spread for the hungry stomach.
It is my first time to have lunch at a boarding room
We have comperes (Daniel, Jamie and another person that I could not identify) to give out prizes and also to narrow down to 2 person that will meet the Yuey Tan for a photoshoot.
They were also asking us who will win the race. Of course, I choose Porsche la..
Here are some bloggers and Nuffnang people. I believe those who follow blogs may be able to identify some of them.
And here are the good people of Nuffnang!
Before boarding our buses, we were entertained by some dancers.
And here it is, our transport to Grandstand.
