Sony Ericsson made some big announcements on their handset line up. Coming this year, you can expect Yari, Aino and Satio.
Satio is 12.1 MegaPixels and it was introduced in February as Idou. Yari is a Wii like phone with gesture control. And Aino has Sony Remote Play feature. More information after the break.
According to Engadget’s report, the Satio has a 640 x 350 3.5-inch touchscreen with a 12.1 MegaPixels camera, dual band HSPA and surprisingly, no Memory Stick slot. Instead, it has a MicroSD expansion slot and a Xenon Flash. Available in three colors — black, silver, and bordeaux — this October.
Yari is a slider phone. It’s feature is the gesture-controlled actions (aka Wii). it has a 2.4-inch display, GPS and support SE PlayNow services.
Aino has a 3-inch touchscreen and anumeric slider. It has a 8.1 megapixel camera. It features Sony Remote Play support and has GPS, HSPA, and a scratch-resistant mineral glass display. Comes in black or white.
