What took you so long to develop this application, Mr. Youtube? Youtube has launches a new application for browsing content on their website. It is quite easy to install. Video of a demo on this application after the break.
To install this software, you will need to access Youtube mobile website from your devices. BTW, it supports S60 devices and Windows Mobile devices.
Notice that Youtube gives a lot of warning on the data usage on this application. Click on “Download the Youtube Application”.
Run or save the application. I chose to save on my storage card.
Install the Application by clicking on it. I installed onto my storage card too.
On the first time you start running this application, it will prompt you for your country. I find that the scroll is too small. I chose United States as I give up trying to see how many countries are there. It seems to me that there are only a few countries to select. I may be wrong.
After this selection, you will get to the main page. The startup time is very good and according to Youtube website, the application will automatically prompt for update if it is available.
In my opinion, this is a very simple application. I do not know if installing the application to the card is a problem. It seems to me that the video is a bit lack and jerky. Do you have similar experience?
