LiveStation offers peer-to-peer enabled streams from broadcasters like BBC and CNN. On their website, you can download the software to watch the live program on your computer. As for the iPhone App, it is still pending approvable. And if it is ready, it will be launch in Apple App Store. BTW, the application will only work over Wi-Fi.
