Singtel Fibre Broadband is down this morning (around 9:30am and still down) and leave subscribers scratching their heads what is wrong. Thankfully, they updated their Facebook page on 09:45am to update this issue. However, not many are please with it.
BTW, I am writing this post via Circles.Life network (riding on M1 network, of course) and watching StarHub channels (Singtel Mobile network is NOT down though). The comments come in fast and furious and as of now, it has garner over 4k comments within 2 hours.
Some customers may be experiencing difficulties accessing their Fibre Broadband services. Our engineers are working to resolve the problem. Thank you for your patience.
I believe this is not the first time Singtel is now. On 11th November, it was down for a few hours but as it happened at 1:30am, most people are sleeping. Today is different. It is a weekend and most people are accessing the broadband at home. Check out the post from Singtel about their network.
I think Singtel should reflect on how they communicate with their customers. From the comments, it seems that they have automate their hotline to say that they are experiencing a high volume of calls and then hang up.
Anyway, Singtel, please update once you have rectified the issue. Thank you.
