Here is a quick update. Apple Pay has now expanded to 5 more banks in Singapore – POSB, DBS Bank, OCBC Bank, United Overseas Bank (UOB) and Standard Chartered Bank. So for those who has the Visa, MasterCard or Debit Cards from these bank, you will be able to enjoy Apple Pay immediately.

Previously, Apple Pay is only available for American Express cards. With the expansion, I am sure many will start to use it.
