For StarHub customers who needed 4G access on their pre-paid SIM card, here is the good news. StarHub has announced 4G Booster VAS (Value Added Service) to activate 4G speed on the existing pre-paid SIM card.

There is no need to replace the SIM card. Pre-paid customers will need to simply dial *123# on their 4G mobile device to immediately activate 30 days of 4G Booster on their pre-paid data plan. And of course, if you did not know already, you will need a 4G device.

As a  launch promotion (until 31 March 2014), the S$3 activation fee for 4G Booster will be waived. Click the below link for more information.

30-day 4G Booster:

• Free 30-day 4G Booster promotion is valid till 31 March 2014 2359 hours.
• 30-Day 4G Booster is available for 3G StarHub Happy Prepaid voice SIMs and not applicable to StarHub Prepaid Internet SIMs.
• New $15 StarHub Happy Prepaid SIM customers are entitled to purchase 30-Day 4G Booster with 7-day 1GB MaxMobile Data plan at only $5 (Usual price for 7-day 1GB MaxMobile data plan: $7) . Offer is only for 7 days from date of activation.
• 30-Day 4G Booster plan is auto-renewed upon expiry unless otherwise stated.
• StarHub reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at its discretion without prior notice. Use of the service will constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the amendments thereof.
