Singapore is safe from meteorite, according to map

If you look at this meteorite chart map that collects 4,000 years worth of data, it seems that Singapore is safe from meteorite for now. With the recent meteorite incident in Russia, I think everyone is worried when and where it might hit next.

Based on the map, which was created by Javier de la Torre, cofounder of CartoDB, it collected 34,513 recorded points of impact in the past 4000 years and none is in Singapore (Maybe Singapore is still considered a young country and therefore not much data).

Here is what I think is the worse hit area. BTW, this is USA.

Of course, there might be more that hit the sea or uninhabited areas and therefore not registered.
