Again, the season of the next generation iPhone rumors spreading like wild fire. We have a fair share of hearing the next iPhone having a bigger screen. Now, fresh information indicate that Apple might be using a new technology that includes touch sensors onto the screen or in-cell technology.
And now, case maker in China is betting on a 4-inch touch screen with smaller port that the Internet has wildly speculate. Nothing is confirm (again). BTW, it is nice to know that the online store, TVC-Mall.com, that is going to sell the casing made a disclaimer that they cannot guarantee that the casing will fit the new iPhone (or iPhone 5).
In another news, there are rumors that productions had started for the iPhone 5 touted to be available in Fall. Along with it, there are information to indicate that Apple might be using a new screen that can do away with another touch layer. Here is an excerpt from WSJ. I believe that they might have heard something before they posted this.
Japanese liquid crystal display makers Sharp Corp. (6753.TO) and Japan Display Inc.–a new company that combined three Japanese electronics makers’ display units–as well as South Korea’s LG Display Co. (034220.SE) are currently mass producing panels for the next iPhone using so-called in-cell technology, the people said.
After so many false alarms in the past iPhone launch, I am a little skeptical over the information. Nevertheless, I will still continue to report them 🙂 .
