If you love Instagram and hope to see those pretty pictures on a big screen (on your desktop or laptop), Instagrille is the solution. This free software acts like Instagram and actually, it has more functions.

For example, on Instagrille, you can use a  “Nearby” feature to see pictures near your location. And the updated Instagrille actually uses the full screen to display the pictures. Here is an excerpt from Mashable’s post.

The updated version of the app takes advantage of your entire browser window, displaying photos in a tile-like format that takes advantage of every inch of space. Much like on Instagram, you can view photos in your stream, or just photos uploaded by a specific user. You can view the photos in a small window, or make your browser window full-size to see more photos. Photos can also be viewed in a grid-like format that displays likes and comments beside each photo.

A ‘Nearby’ feature lets you check out pictures near your current location, and you can search within the app for users and photos that match your interest as well as save searches for future use.

Clicking on the picture will bring the picture up and user can comment or like the picture. In my opinion, this is much better than the one that Instagram has.

BTW, the person who started Instagrille is Denys Denysiuk. Instagrille was acquired by Sweetlabs and after working with Denysiuk, it becomes what you see today.
