The Fujitsu Premium Care Centre will Relocate from 25th February

The Fujitsu Premium Care Centre at Funan will be relocate to AsiaPac Customer Care Centre from 25th February. For those who had their items in the care centre or who wish to know about the new centre, please read the content after the break

Fujitsu Premium Care Centre relocates to Henderson Road

The Fujitsu Premium Care Centre will relocate to AsiaPac Customer Care Centre at 219 Henderson Road. Operations at the Fujitsu Premium Care Centre at Funan DigitaLife Mall #04-38, will cease from 25th February 2012 onwards.

 

To provide better service to our customers, we will be extending our operation at AsiaPac Customer Care Centre at Henderson Road to include Saturdays with effect from 3rd March 2012.

1)      I have sent my laptop for servicing at the Fujitsu Premium Care Centre. What will happen after the 25th of February?

Your laptop will be available for collection at the AsiaPac Customer Care Centre from 25th February onwards. You may still contact Fujitsu Premium Care Centre at Funan at (65) 6738 8118 until the 24th February to enquire on the status of your laptop.

 

2)      Will I still be able to be able to send in my laptop for servicing on the 25th of February?

Yes. Please send your Fujitsu laptop to AsiaPac Customer Care Centre located at 219 Henderson Road #05-01.

 

3)      After the Fujitsu Premium Care Centre closes on 25th February, who can I contact to check with regards to the status of my laptop?

You may contact AsiaPac Customer Care Centre at (65) 6272 0088.

 

4)      When will I be able to pick up my laptop if I have sent it to the Funan Premium Care Centre from 20th to 24th February?

Our customer service officers will contact you to let you know when your laptop is ready for collection at the AsiaPac Customer Care Centre located at Henderson Industrial Park.

 

5)      What will happen if my laptop is sent to the Fujitsu Premium Care Centre before the 20th February?

Please contact our Fujitsu Premium Care Centre at Funan at (65) 6738 8118 before the 25th February on the status. Otherwise, your laptop will be transferred to our AsiaPac Customer Care Centre and our customer service officers will contact you once it is ready. Please call our AsiaPac Customer Care Centre at (65) 6272 0088 from 25th February for further enquiries.
