iCloud site is ready for you to sign in using your Apple ID. However, you will need to setup iCloud on an iOS 5 device or Mac OS X Lion System Preferences first.

Here is what you will see if you did not setup iCloud. Luckily iOS 5 is just round the corner (13th October Singapore).
