A 17-year old was tasered by a Taser Gun by a Security personnel after running into the Philly field during a game. Do you think that the security is using unnecessary force on him?
I think the security should just chase after him instead of tasering him. He is unarmed and I believe he did it out of fun. Anyway, the above is a good shot to show the determination of the security and the fear in his eyes.
