This is a NO NO for a well known TV station. Apparently, TV Asahi did not realise how clever the viewers are (or how dumb they are) when they tried to deceive the viewers by using fake blogs as references to their answers to their quiz. Now, their scam had been exposed, they are bowing to get the understanding of their viewers.
The quiz is about whether superstitions and conventional beliefs actually work in real life. During the quiz, they made references to their answers by referring to a few blogs. However, these blogs were actually fake.

TV-Asahi acknowledged the suspicion that the blog sites introduced in the program were fake, and it apologized for the fraud.
I can’t believe that they would actually do that. They should have know that a real blog needs time to nurture and a fake blog can usually be easily recognised.
