I wonder if this news is to all HTC Touch Diamond or not. From the source, it only states Sprint HTC Diamond. Nevertheless, I am sure that HTC will not leave out the rest of the world. There is a whole list of things on this ROM upgrade. Be sure to check them out after the break.
