iChange has finally issued an email stating that they will stop charging users the Monthly Service Fee starting from September 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is great news for users because it is absurd that they are charging users this fee if users don’t use the iChange service for the month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you can see from my main picture, I have not been using iChange for a while. Previously, I used iChange because of its competitive exchange rate. Now, when I compared it with its competitor (YouTrip), there is no differences. In fact, YouTrip seems to be doing a better job these days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I didn’t have a lot of unused foreign digital currency in my wallet, I would have closed the account a long time ago. I believe many have closed the iChange account because of the service fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are pleased to announce that iChange will no longer charge the S$1 monthly service fee with effect from 1 September 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And while the fee is going away, our commitment to giving you exceptional value is not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will continue to work hard to negotiate the most competitive FX rates and travel deals we can for our customers, while bringing you even more benefits through iChange:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
