In groups with more than 32 members, @all is available to admins only. Users can also choose to mute @all notifications at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Create Chats From Existing Groups:<\/strong>\u00a0Users can now quickly create a new group chat from an existing one without adding participants individually.
