STAMPEDE\u2019s launch comes at a challenging time for Singapore\u2019s F&B sector. Between 1 January and 23 October 2025, 2,431 retail food establishments closed; 63% of them had been registered for five years or less, and 82% of that younger group had never recorded a profit in their annual tax declarations. Against this backdrop, STAMPEDE focuses on customer retention and referrals: customers can join a loyalty programme by scanning a QR code in their phone browser, while staff can issue digital stamps using an ordinary phone camera, with no app download or extra hardware required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Results<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Early results suggest the approach can drive measurable activity. Across 21 outlets, four Singapore F&B brands\u2014OMMA Chicken Soup, CHA MULAN, LICKERS, and Shang Cha\u2014collectively gained more than 16,000 loyalty members, generated over 1,500 completed referrals, and recorded more than 4,600 coupon redemptions in under four months. OMMA Chicken Soup and CHA MULAN alone added more than 14,000 members and over 1,200 referrals across 16 outlets, while LICKERS gained more than 2,000 members and over 260 referrals; Shang Cha also reported that returning customers dropped by about 30% during a one-week test when STAMPEDE\u2019s automated messages were switched off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
