Temasek is giving out one free oximeter per household from 5th<\/sup> July 2021 to 5th<\/sup> August 2021. A letter will be sent to your mailbox. You can redeem the Oximeter at various collection points around the island.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is Oximeter?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Temasek Foundation is providing one free oximeter for every Singapore household to enable everyone to monitor their blood oxygen levels regularly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An oximeter measures blood oxygen levels and pulse rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The COVID-19 virus can cause blood oxygen to drop to dangerously low levels, even when you feel well, or have no other symptoms of the virus. This is known as \u201csilent pneumonia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If left untreated, the low oxygen levels can damage vital organs, with very serious consequences.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
