Enhancing customer experience through 5G experience corner and immersive dining<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SINGAPORE, 17 OCTOBER 2019 <\/strong>\u2014 M1 Limited (M1) today announced its\ncollaboration with famous hot pot brand Haidilao to set up a trial 5G network\nfor the restaurant chain\u2019s upcoming new store. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new Haidilao Hot Pot restaurant at Marina\nSquare will be equipped\nwith self-developed smart machines such as Intelligent Kitchen Management\nSystem (IKMS), a customised automatic soup base machine, and food delivery\nrobots. In addition, a new 5G experience corner will be set up that will leverage M1\u2019s 5G expertise and capabilities, as well as deploy Huawei\u2019s\ntechnology for an enhanced dining experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To enhance customer experience, diners will be able to immerse themselves in instructional, educational and interactive Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR\/AR) e-gaming at the 5G experience corner, while waiting in line for the next available seat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
