This is a win for Samsung. With the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Fold<\/a>, M1 has announced that they are supporting the eSIM feature on the Galaxy Fold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the uninitiated, the Samsung Galaxy Fold supports 2 SIM – a Nano SIM card slot and another eSIM support. eSIM is actually digital SIM that allows you to activate a mobile plan without having to use a physical SIM card.<\/div><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The telco is Singapore\u2019s\nfirst and only operator to support the eSIM feature on the new Samsung foldable\ndevice <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SINGAPORE, 18 SEPTEMBER\n2019<\/strong> \u2013 M1 Limited (M1) today announced that it will be\nsupporting the eSIM feature on the much-awaited Samsung Galaxy Fold, launching\ntoday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The use of the eSIM feature\nallows consumers the convenience of cellular connectivity without the need for\na physical SIM card. This offers the benefit of having multiple cellular plans\nfor personal, business and roaming use on a single device. Samsung\nGalaxy Fold M1 customers can activate both eSIM and SIM card to enjoy dual SIM\nbenefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Implemented\nlast year, M1 was Singapore\u2019s first and the only operator to support eSIM on\nmobile phones, and is now the first and only operator in Singapore to offer\neSIM on the Samsung Galaxy Fold, the first foldable device to offer the\nservice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
