A month later, NETS CEO responded about Min-Liang Tan&#8217;s &#8220;quest&#8221; for the payment system, saying that usage is more important.<\/p>\n<p>In a Facebook post, Min-Liang Tan clarified that he is not competing with anyone to get the system up.
