Creative Zii is going to make wave at an event in China on 1st and 2nd Dec 2009. 1st day is “by Invitation” only. Based on the event information, Creative is going to show off a list of Zii Powered devices and to provide their Zii services.<\/p>\n

Based on Creative Zii website, it states; –<\/p>\n

A range of OEM-ready Zii Powered devices will be showcased – powered by ZiiLABS ZMS-05 and ZMS-08 media-rich application processors. The line-up of devices on display include: a Touch Tablet PC, a Netbook, a Web-Box, a 360o<\/sup> Multi-View Camera System, ultra high-performance Speakers, a Piano Keyboard for the PC, and a Portable e-Book Reader. But the highlight of our devices line-up is our Mobile Phone platform. ZiiLABS ushers in a new era of explosive high definition 3D with the Zii Optimized Android Phone platform. The Zii Optimized Android Phone platform gives developers the chance to use the familiar Android OS, but with a difference.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

On the list, it states a e-Book reader. Is this the MediaBook that was announced earlier<\/a>?<\/p>\n

Anyway, I think the focus will also be on the Android phone. Creative Zii has recently released the Zii EGG Android installer. So, imagine an Android phone that is powered by ZiiLabs ZMS-05 or ZMS-08 Processor. Viewing intensive graphics will be a breeze. It will be a fight with Nvidia Tegra chip.<\/p>\n
