Thankfully, they updated their Facebook page on 09:45am to update this issue. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/singtel\/posts\/10154770637081677\" target=\"_blank\">comments come in fast and furious<\/a> and as of now, it has garner over 4k comments within 2 hours.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #1d2129;\">Some customers may be experiencing difficulties accessing their Fibre Broadband services. Our engineers are working to resolve the problem. Thank you for your patience.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I believe this is not the first time Singtel is now. On 11th November, it was down for a few hours but as it happened at 1:30am, most people are sleeping. Today is different. It is a weekend and most people are accessing the broadband at home. From the comments, it seems that they have automate their hotline to say that they are experiencing a high volume of calls and then hang up.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, Singtel, please update once you have rectified the issue.
