SINGAPORE<\/strong>,<\/strong> 22 October 2009 \u2013 <\/strong>Sony Computer Entertainment Hong Kong (SCEH) is pleased to announce the launch of one of the most eagerly anticipated fighting games on the PlayStation\u00ae platform \u2013 TEKKEN 6! Developed by Namco Bandai, TEKKEN 6 is the newest edition to the famous TEKKEN franchise and takes advantage of the powerful processor in PlayStation\u00ae3 (PS3\u2122) to deliver a whole new gaming experience to PS3 users.<\/p>\n

With new game modes, TEKKEN 6 expands the genre of fighting games. Venture beyond the traditional boundaries of a fighting game and jump into single or two player online co-op campaigns to experience the intense drama and large-scale battles as you play the role of all characters in the Scenario Campaign Mode. If over 40 unique fighters are not enough, you can now create and customize your own personalized fighters like never before. Choose from a range of clothes, hairstyles and even tattoos to complete your look before you compete against your friends in online versus modes.<\/p>\n

To commemorate the launch of TEKKEN 6, SCEH is launching a limited edition \u201cPlayStation\u00ae3 TEKKEN 6\u201d bundle pack that will be available in stores from October 27, 2009. The TEKKEN 6 bundle pack will include the 120GB PS3 computer entertainment system (Color: Charcoal Black), the TEKKEN 6 software title for PS3 and an Art Book made by the TEKKEN 6 development team. In addition, the special bundle pack will in<\/span>clude one more DUALSHOCK\u00ae3 Wireless Controller in a brand new color \u2013 Blue (while stock last)<\/span>. This bundle pack will be available for a limited time only at a recommended retail price of SG$599.<\/p>\n

The PS3 system, bundled with the TEKKEN 6 software title, will offer all of the features and functionalities of the latest PS3, with the 120GB storage hard disk drive, to accommodate more games, movies, anime, personal photos and music, as well as entertainment content and services which are downloadable from PlayStation\u00aeStore.<\/p>\n
