This feature saves their favourite POIs and stored destinations in the iCloud, via 3G or Wi-Fi. The app automatically backs itself up to the cloud, once a day, either when it starts up or when it is running in the background. If drivers have multiple devices, each device setting is backed up separately.<\/li>\n<li>Bluetooth connectivity is faster with the new update. This means spoken navigation instructions given over in-car audio systems are much clearer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other features of the TomTom Navigation app:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>FREE LifeTime maps<br \/>\n<\/b>Drivers will receive four map updates every year for the lifetime of their app. Each new map will be bundled with an update to the app which drivers can download from the app store for free.<\/li>\n<li><b>Offline maps<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Drivers can always access their maps, even without mobile signal, and won\u2019t incur costly roaming charges when driving abroad.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>IQ Routes\u2122 technology<br \/>\n<\/b>Only TomTom uses actual speed data collected from its millions of drivers to accurately calculate the travel time of a route.
