Rumors are circulating on the Internet that Nokia is starting a Project EOS during the MWC 2013 (Mobile World Congress 2013) which involves a handset with a 41 megapixels lens PureView camera. If this is true, it might be a marriage of Nokia Lumia 920<\/a> and Nokia 808 PureView<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I will not be surprised if the Project EOS is a combination of the best of Lumia 920 and 808 PureView since both cameras are touted as PureView since day 1.<\/p>\n

The origin of the leak is actually from Flavio<\/a>. Here is his tweet.<\/p>\n

Actually, before this, there are rumors that Nokia is discarding the polycarbonate body and using the metal body to reduce the weight. Now, it seems to gel with this information.\u00a0 Some questioned the project name, Project EOS, as EOS (Electro-Optical System) is mainly associated with Canon but I think at this moment, no one can provide answers.<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, since MWC 2013 is in February, it is just days away. Lets hope to hear good news.<\/p>\n
