If you are worried about passwords on your Google account, Google might have the solution for you, in the form of a physical token. It is called Yubico token and currently, Google is doing a pilot project on it.<\/p>\n

For me, I think this Yubico token is one more worry for me. It is so small, you might just lose it. And it takes up a USB port which is previous, in my opinion, for current tablets.<\/p>\n

For those like me who are worried that the token might make it easier for someone to get into your account, Google VP of Security Eric Grosse has something to say<\/p>\n

The protocol that they are using on the small USB device is apparently website-independent, so it’s not just locked to providing a password for your Google account, and it’s also software-free apart from requiring that your browser supports the hardware log-in method.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
