However, it is only when pictures from Jack Dorsey surfaced, the rumors spread even faster. You see, Jack Dorsey is the chairman of Twitter. When <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/jack\/status\/277473892384256000\" target=\"_blank\">he started posting pictures with interesting filters<\/a>, people might want to know what apps he used.<\/p>\n<p>From <a href=\"http:\/\/allthingsd.com\/20121208\/twitter-aims-to-release-photo-filters-in-time-for-the-holidays\/\" target=\"_blank\">AllThingsD<\/a>, they mentioned that &#8220;source familiar with the matter&#8221;, Twitter might be planning an update on their app to include photo filters before the end of the year. That could be anytime now.<\/p>\n<p>And from <a href=\"http:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2012\/12\/09\/is-twitter-planning-to-emulate-the-swipe-filter-feature-from-eyeems-photo-app\" target=\"_blank\">TechCrunch<\/a>, they are speculating that the photo filters might be something like the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eyeem.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">EyeEm<\/a>.
