I can’t believe it when I saw this article. It mentions that on certain models of HTC Windows Mobile Smartphones, there is a possibility of being hack via bluetooth.<\/p>\n

The problem, according to source, is that HTC uses a hackable Bluetooth driver in many of its handsets (Windows Mobile).<\/p>\n

This \u201cobexfile.dll\u201d driver is an HTC-specific driver that is vulnerable to \u201ca directory traversal vulnerability in the Bluetooth OBEX FTP Service,\u201d according to security boffin Alberto Moreno Tablado.<\/p>\n

So, in future, you received a notification to accept something via Bluetooth, you have to be very careful (applies to all phones). In my opinion, just set your Bluetooth to invisible and that will save you a lot of trouble.<\/p>\n
