I have heard a lot about Siri and how good it was. I think Siri is cool and has been marketed well. It feels intelligent, like you are talking to someone. On the other hand, Microsoft has Tellme, a voice based software that comes with Windows Phone 7.5. It does not make unnecessary comments but execute what you asked (quite limited at this moment).<\/p>\n

Just today, I saw a very unfair demo about Siri vs Tellme. The person is asking questions that Siri has been intended to respond. However, for Tellme, if the questions are not what it was programmed to respond, it will Bing on it.<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, with my not so perfect English, I am able to have some fun with Microsoft Tellme. Watch this demo and let me know what you think. I purposely did not edit the video much to let you see that Tellme is not perfect (or my pronunciation is not perfect). But I still think that it is very intuitive (at least when a message comes in, I can respond to it easily).<\/p>\n

Let me know what you think after watching the demo. Of course, I would wish that Tellme can behave like this<\/a> in future.<\/p>\n
