I was invited by Nokia to have a taste of the NFC devices and also a short introduction to Symbian Belle. Nokia has been very fast in promoting Anna and now, Belle. Here are some of the interesting things about Symbian Belle.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

First, the Lock Screen. With Symbian Belle, it can display more information.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I could not understand it. It first started with Android. Now iOS 5 has it and Symbian Belle has it too. It is the drop down notification screen.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

And I believe all Nokia phones will have NFC in future. This seems to be their trend and based on their commitments on NFC, I am sure you will see them often. One of the things that Nokia makes NFC more fun is incorporating them into games. For example, in Angry Birds Magic, you will need to get another NFC phone to unlock more levels.<\/p>\n

Symbian Belle will be pushed out to other existing smartphones although they did not mention when.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

And here are the new ones (Nokia 700, Nokia 701 and Nokia 603) that already have NFC in them. I will talk about them in details in other posts.<\/p>\n

Each of the Nokia phones has their uniqueness for selective set of people.<\/p>\n

This Nokia 603 will be available in Singapore in November 2011.<\/p>\n

That is it, an introduction to Symbian Belle.<\/p>\n
