NEW EPSON SINGAPORE CUSOMER CARE CENTRE RENEWS COMMITMENT OF SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS<\/h2>\n

SINGAPORE, 19 October 2011<\/strong> \u2013 Epson Singapore, a world leader in digital imaging, today announced the opening of its new customer care centre at Golden Agri Plaza located at Pasir Panjang. \u00a0Targeted at providing first class service delivery for both retail and corporate customers, the new showroom\u00a0 will see its official grand opening on 20 October 2011. The centre has been open to the public from 03 October 2011 onwards.<\/p>\n

Boasting a larger floor space of 3,075 square feet, the new customer care centre serves to be a single point of contact for both Epson\u2019s partners and customers. The new care centre is professionally designed for multiple purposes and comprises a corporate solutions showroom, a redemption centre and an after-sales service centre. This is the first time that Epson is housing all three components under one roof.<\/p>\n

“<\/strong>With the opening of the customer care centre, Epson once again demonstrates its steadfast commitment to provide an intimate and engaging customer-centric experience, combining after sales service,<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>corporate solutions showroom<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>as well as promotion redemption, all from the convenience of one central location,\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>said Mr. Koichi Endo, Chairman of Epson South and Southeast Asia.<\/p>\n

One of the key highlights of the new customer care centre will be Epson\u2019s corporate solutions showroom which is designed to feature a wide array of products including point-of-sale (POS) printers, large format printers (LFP), business solutions, inkjets and other consumables. There will also be designated meeting room to feature Epson\u2019s top-of-the-line short-throw and interactive range of projectors. This room will allow customers and vendors to experience Epson\u2019s projectors\u2019 features in a real-life setting.<\/p>\n
