<\/a><\/p>\nThe event was stripped of all formality (which I like). There were many familiar faces and thanks to Nokia, we were able to have one N9 to try out for that evening.<\/p>\n
Chong shared with us some information about N9 before we start the hands-on<\/p>\n
Here are the important information on N9.<\/p>\n As you might already be aware, N9 has no physical main button. Everything is done by swiping. Nokia has done well in this area for N9. And the next slide showed us the 3 important screen on N9.<\/p>\n As this is not our first time<\/a> to see and touch the N9 for some of us, we were quick to get our hands dirty with them. There were 3 colors of the N9 units. They are Black, Cyan and Magenta.<\/p>\n To go to this screen (shown below). You will need to double tap on the standby screen. Once done, you will see these beautiful wallpapers.<\/p>\n Swipe your finger on the screen and you will come to one of the 3 main screen. Below is the Applications screen.<\/p>\n This is the back of the phone.<\/p>\n To see more on the close ups, click Here<\/a>. They are taken during CommunicAsia 2011. The Nokia N9 uses MicroSIM card. This is the adapter.<\/p>\n Nokia has made the front facing camera at the bottom (when you are holding on to the phone vertically). This is an unusual position.<\/p>\n On Nokia settings, there is also a function that I wished to highlight.
