It has smashed <a href=\"http:\/\/techielobang.com\/blog\/2010\/10\/24\/winners-of-the-singapore-canon-photomarathon-2010\/\" target=\"_blank\">last year&#8217;s record<\/a> with 2,078 participants. People&#8217;s Association has more than 14 years of experience in teaching photography. He had also worked as a photographer in Singapore Press Holdings shooting for publications such as Streats etc. With an Engineering background, Francis understands the importance of mechanics to precise timing while photography directs him to the fine art of executing the Decisive moment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tim Chong <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tim is currently a senior sub-editor with Reuters&#8217;s Global Pictures Desk.
