<\/a><\/p>\nLG VP of Sales and Marketing, Arthur Huang, gave us an overview of the phone and follow by the launching of it.<\/p>\n

I was quite impressed by the Tri-Dual Architecture that consist of Dual Core Processor, Dual Channel and Dual Memory.<\/p>\n I love two of the features of this phone. One of them is the Self Correcting 3D Camera. As you may know, 3D images or videos are made using 2 optical lens that are set apart. It is VERY important that the lenses are aligned properly.<\/p>\n However, during the course of usage, you might accidentally drop your phone or misaligned the lenses. LG has careful thought about that and incorporated software adjustment to ensure that the 3D output is aligned properly.<\/p>\n Another feature that I wanted to mention is the ability to adjust the depth of 3D before and after you have taken the pictures. In fact, you can take the picture in 2D and convert it to 3D later. This is a function that you might not see on competitor’s phone.<\/p>\n For game enthusiasts, LG has added some 3D games inside the phones so that you can make use of the glass free 3D technology to play these games.<\/p>\n We were spilt into smaller groups to enjoy the various features of the phone. My first stop is “Sharing”. The phone can be link to the 3D TV to share 3D images or videos.<\/p>\n Next section is the hands on section. We were given the opportunity to play with the 3D cameras on this phone.<\/p>\n As for gaming section, we tried out a racing game from the LG Optimus 3D that is output to the 3D TV. Not sure if it is because of the 3D screen (where you have to look at the centre of the screen for optimal viewing), the racing game control is slightly altered. You will need to touch the screen to turn left or right. Usually, such games uses the built in accelerometer to do the job.<\/p>\n Here are some shots of LG Optimus 3D.
