SingTel Crowns Winning Team of 24-Hour Simulator Challenge<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Singa<\/span>pore, 24 July, 2011<\/span><\/strong> \u2013<\/span> After a whirlwind 24 hours, the winning team of the 24-Hour Simulator Challenge was crowned at the SingTel F1\u2122 road show this afternoon. The winning team had an average lap time of 01:49:537 in the final race.<\/span><\/p>\n

The challenge saw 150 c<\/span>ontestants battle it out on the state of the art simulator machines. In line with this year<\/span>\u2019<\/span>s theme<\/span> \u2018<\/span>Fast is Amazing<\/span>\u2019<\/span>, each member of the champion team won a pair of Formula One\u2122 Bay Grandstand Tickets to the 2011 Formula 1\u2122 SingTel Singapore Grand Prix w<\/span>o<\/span>rth S$598, and a once-in-a-lifetime chance to pit their skills against a Formula One\u2122 driver on the SingTel race car simulator. <\/span><\/p>\n

They also earned a place in the Singapore Book of Records for the wonderful achievement. The top 40 fastest speed record holde<\/span>rs will receive an original Singapore Race miniature replica trophy.<\/span><\/p>\n
