If you have been following, there are two events that are on-going. The Computex in Taiwan and AllThingsD’s D9 event. And it seems that Microsoft might be revealing the next Windows version (Windows 8) during either or both events.<\/p>\n

In Microsoft Keynote at Computex, they mentioned that there will be a partners preview event where they will hear about the next Windows version.<\/p>\n

And based on D9 schedule, it seems that Microsoft President, Windows and Windows Live Division, Steven Sinofsky, will be up and talking with Walt Mossberg and Kara Swisher. I hope they can dig something out from him on the same topic.<\/p>\n

Based on the picture above, it seems that Microsoft might be going in the same direction of their competitor (although some may not agree) on unification of the software. If this is true, we might one day sees a Windows OS that suits all devices.<\/p>\n
