Epson is organizing a “Chopin for Japan” free concert in support of relief effort for the recent Japan earthquake and Tsunami. More information after the break.<\/p>\n

Singapore, 20 May 2011 \u2013 Epson, a world leader in digital imaging and printing solutions, together with the Singapore subsidiaries of Yamaha and Isetan will be sponsoring a free concert entitled \u201cChopin for Japan\u201d in support of the relief effort for the recent Japan earthquake and tsunami disaster.<\/p>\n

The concert features well-known Italian-American classical pianist Julian Gargiulo and guest soprano Satsuki Nagatome rendering Chopin compositions, well known Japanese songs and arias from famous Italian operas. The concert is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 28 May 2011 at 6:30pm at the Shaw Foundation Symphony Stage at the Singapore Botanic Gardens.<\/p>\n

The concert will be open to the public for free and non-obligatory donations will be requested at the event. All proceeds will go to the Mercy Relief (www.MercyRelief.org) for their disaster relief effort in Japan.<\/p>\n
