I think the 3LiveShop concept is the future for Customer Service or Sales. Can you imagine the frustration talking to a CS or sales person and not knowing what he is talking about? Or when you go to a website and not knowing where to begin to find your dream product? What if a sales person appears on your computer screen and guide you through?<\/p>\n

I think this concept is refreshing. The best part is that you don’t need to show your face. You can don’t even need to talk. Just chat with them and they will base on your queries and show you what you wanted to know. It is like voice\/text control of the person on the other side.<\/p>\n
