This is my first time to see SteadyTracker and FotoCrane at IT Show. I think for those who are serious with videography and love to pan, tilt, raise their camcorders or DSLR or have stable video recording, these products might be a solution for you. Here is an image of FotoCrane<\/p>\n

Seriously speaking, I did not spend much time at the shop. The company for these products is SteadyTracker.<\/p>\n

FotoCrane does NOT come with the tripod. You can use any tripod (of course, it must withstand the weight which BTW is quite light) to mount the FotoCrane. Once mounted, you can rotate the camera, tilt it or pan with it. I have shot a video of the FotoCrane in action.<\/p>\n

Personally, I think it is very portable and good for OMO (One Man Operation).The FotoCrane comes in two version. One is UltraLite and the other one is Extreme<\/p>\n

The next product is SteadyTracker. As the name implies, it tracks steadily. I have played with it at the booth. It actually makes the video very stable. I was asking if they have intention to make smaller ones for those compact cameras or camcorders but was told that the cost would not make it affordable to the consumers. Nevertheless, they will try if there are demands.<\/p>\n

Again, there are two versions of SteadyTracker. One is UltraLite and the other Extreme. The one that I asked is $200. I did not check which version it was as I was in a hurry. I will contact them if anyone is interested.<\/p>\n
