Was invited to Canon newest training facility (launched on the 4th March<\/a>) at Habour Front Tower One. It was called the Canon Imaging Academy or CIA for short. As this is a training facility, the theme for the night was “Back to School”. Nice!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

BTW, this is our “Principal”, Mr. Koh. All of us were given a school bag with time-table and stationary. I guess the only differences is that inside this pencil case, we have\u00a0 a 4Gb SD card for our hands on on the latest products.<\/p>\n

Our “Principal” is very strict. Look at the long ruler he has.<\/p>\n

And we still have to take our attendance and pin our name tag.<\/p>\n

We were divided into 3 classes. One is on the latest DSLR, another on point and shoot cameras and lastly, the camcorders.<\/p>\n

Thankfully, the classroom lessons were not boring at all. Thanks to the nice teachers and the pretty “school girls”.<\/p>\n

My first lessons is on Digital cameras like the IXUS and PowerShot series.<\/p>\n
