Skype apparently is very sincere in their apology over the outage recently<\/a>. They actually send out e-voucher for customers to redeem. I am also one of them.<\/p>\n

In it, there are steps to redeem this free telephony voucher. I got mine credited almost immediately. I still love my Skype and those with iPhone can even do video call now<\/a>!<\/p>\n
