Here is a smart Art installation that makes the old buildings in France come to life. It is a 118-year old Festival of Lights event that uses special animated projections on the buildings.<\/p>\n

There are over 30 installations in Lyon, France. The display has been up since 8th December and will end (or already ended) on 11th December.<\/p>\n
