Developed by Imperial College London and a company called Fabrican, the spray-on fabric is made from short, cross linking fibers that are combined with polymers, the fibers then cling together to form the material. Its kept in liquid form through a solvent which evaporates when the spray hits the surface.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
