<\/a><\/p>\nThe event started at 7 pm. As usual, we have a short presentation on what Nokia E5 can do.<\/p>\n
Here are some slides that I captured. 3 Reasons why You Need an E5<\/p>\n As you can see, E5 integrated Social Networking into it (Facebook, Twitter). And it can support email from Lotus, Exchange and up to 10 accounts.<\/p>\n The contacts can also be linked to Facebook.<\/p>\n Easily connected to Ovi Store, you can download Paid or Free Apps. I played with their Ovi Map. Quite cool. Video later.<\/p>\n After the presentation, we were given an unit to play around. In total, they only brought 7 sets.<\/p>\n As you notice, there are only two colors, white and black. According to Nokia, more colors may come in at the end of the year. I like the white one. Here is a close up.<\/p>\n and the retail box.<\/p>\n The Nokia E5’s built is quite nice. It doesn’t feel cheap although the price range (RRP: S$398) is of the lower end.<\/p>\n And a look at the back.<\/p>\n It has a 5-megapixels camera but it does not have auto focus. I think this is one of the item that makes the phone looks expensive.<\/p>\n And here is how it looks after removing the battery.<\/p>\n I like the layout. Very neat.
