Within a month, the competition attracted over 30,000 doodle submissions from over 400 schools, one of the highest participation rates in Asia. The theme encouraged artistic expression among the youth and was a fantastic platform for students to share their personal vision of Singapore with the world.

James’ doodle titled ‘ Colours of Singapore’ was handpicked as the overall winner by original Google Doodler Dennis Hwang. It was selected for his exceptional depiction of Singaporean values and creative use of local icons.

As the National Day favourite goes, One people, one nation, one Singapore, support our local young talent and watch out for James’ doodle on Monday!

Click Here to Google Singapore Homepage

[ad#boxlist]

Remember the time I blogged about the winner of the Doodle 4 Google Singapore competition, 17-year-old James Rotanson from Anglo-Chinese School (Independent)?
