Microsoft\u00a0 Research has come up with a unique solution, Street Slide, that could just be a direct competition to Google Street View. It has some unique characteristic that Street View may be lacking. Watch the video after the break.<\/p>\n

\nAs the name implies, it slides across the street, making navigation much faster. And when you stop at one place, you can zoom into the place to view the 360 degrees view of it. With the sliding, it created a lot of empty space on top and below the screen. In my opinion, this made another opportunity for Microsoft to earn on advertising.<\/p>\n
