This came as a surprise to me. I have not heard about this HTC Wildfire (maybe I did not dig hard enough). Anyway, in a press conference in Germany, HTC officially announced Wildfire that will be coming to European and Asian market in Q3 this year. It actually comes in different colors (Red, White, Grey and Black). More information after the break.<\/p>\n

From the Press Release, it says that HTC Wildfire is following the success of HTC Desire. In my opinion, this HTC Wildfire is a hybrid of a few handsets. At first look, its outlook looks like Nexus One but with an opitcal joystick (a standard feature now for HTC Android phone, I think). And it spots a little chin that looks like HTC Legend. It has all the goodness of the HTC Desire with FriendStream and the 5-MegaPixels camera and lastly, it seems that the back cover resembles the HTC HD2.<\/p>\n

And with the color availability and the smaller screen size, I am sure this will appear to younger generation or the ladies, especially the hot red color.<\/p>\n
